Dr. Catherine M. Stefanato is Consultant Dermatopathologist in the Department of Dermatopathology, at the St. John's Institute of Dermatology, London, UK. Dr. Stefanato completed her residency training in Dermatology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy. Subsequently, she undertook residency training in Anatomic Pathology at Yale University School of Medicine (USA), followed by Fellowship training in Dermatopathology at Boston University School of Medicine (USA), where she also worked as a Consultant Dermatopathologist and Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Pathology. Dr. Stefanato is a Diplomate of the American Boards of both Anatomic Pathology and Dermatopathology.
Dr. Stefanato currently serves as a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Cutaneous Pathology, and as a member of the Advisory Board of the ICDP-UEMS Dermatopathology Exmination. In addition, she holds memberships in eight other Dermatology and Dermatopathology Societies.
Dr. Stefanato's principal interests include the histopathologic evaluation of alopecia, clinical-pathologic correlation of dermatoscopic examination of pigmented skin lesions, and immunofluorescence diagnosis of immune-mediated bullous disorders. She has authored/co-authored more than 90 publications, primarily in the area of dermatopathology.

Dr Robson graduated from the University of Birmingham with Honours in Medicine, having previously gained a first class degree in Pathology. Most of his training in general pathology was at the University Hospital of Wales during which time his interest in dermatopathology developed. He was Lecturer at the University of Leicester and was subsequently appointed Clinical Lecturer in Pathology at the University of Oxford. In 2000, he was appointed Consultant Dermatopathologist at St John’s Institute of Dermatology, London.
Dr Robson is the clinical pathology lead in cutaneous lymphoma, and is a member of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer for lymphoma. Other particular clinical interests include adnexal tumours and mast cell disease. He has presented and spoken at numerous national and international meetings in the UK, elsewhere in Europe, the USA, and Asia. He has been lead of the dermatopathology course component of the Kings College MSc Dermatology course since 2000. He is a joint Director of London Dermatopathology Teaching, a not-for-profit private company established to provide dermatopathology education in a variety of formats in the UK and abroad.

Dr. Craig is a Consultant Dermatopathologist in the Departments of Histopathology in Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Cheltenham General Hospital) and University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust (Bristol Royal Infirmary), UK.
Dr. Craig’s medical training was at The Medical College of St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London and subsequently trained in Histopathology at St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London Hospitals, London. He then worked as a Consultant Histopathologist at Fremantle Hospital, Perth, Western Australia, before returning to the UK to be the Fellow in Dermatopathology in the Department of Dermatopathology, St. John's Institute of Dermatology, St. Thomas’ Hospital, London, and obtained the Diploma in Dermatopathology of the Royal College of Pathologists, UK. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of the UK and of Australasia.
Dr. Craig is currently an Examiner for the Diploma in Dermatopathology of the Royal College of Pathologists, UK and is a Committee Member of the British Society of Dermatopathology. His principal interest is inflammatory dermatopathology.

Professor Cyril Fisher MA, MD, DSc, FRCPath, Hon MRCR, graduated in medicine from Oxford University and trained in pathology at University College Hospital Medical School, London. He has held senior academic appointments in the USA and the UK and is currently Professor of Tumour Pathology at the Institute of Cancer Research (University of London) and Consultant Histopathologist at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London, UK
Prof. Fisher specialises in diagnosis of soft tissue tumours, including application and evaluation of the most advanced diagnostic techniques. He has been President of the International Society of Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology, has given more than 175 invited lectures in 22 countries, and is an Editor of Sarcoma and a member of several other Editorial Boards. He has authored or co-authored more than 400 scientific publications.
Prof. Fisher deals with some 2000 specimens of soft tissue tumours and related conditions per year, and receives cases for second opinion from pathologists throughout the U.K. and worldwide.

Dr Massi completed his degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1975, at the Catholic Univeristy of Sacred Heart, Rome. He undertook specialist training in dermatopathology at New York University Medical Centre, in the dermatopathology department headed by AB Ackerman. He further specialized in melanocytic tumours at the University of San Francisco, USA and Graz, Austria.
Dr Massi is responsible for Dermatopathology Diagnostics at Gemelli Hospital, Catholic University of Sacred Heart, Rome. He is Professor of Pathology institutions for the degree course in Dentistry and Dental Implants, Catholic University, Rome. He is also a consultant in the private Inghirami laboratory, Rome.

Doctor Tony Petrella is Dermatopathologist and Hematopathologist at the Universitary Hospital of Dijon (France).
He is co-director of the Center of Pathology of Dijon. He is member of the Pathology Board of the French Lymphoma Study Group and member of the Scientific Board of French Study Group of Cutaneous Lymphoma. He is Pathologist Referent of the French Institute of Cancer for Systemic and Cutaneous Lymphomas in the Eastern Medical Region of France.

Dr M Ramam is Professor of Dermatology and Venereology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
He trained in dermatology and venereology in the same department and undertook a dermatopathology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. He provides clinical care to out-patients and in-patients attending his hospital and is also a member of the dermatopathology team. He serves on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Dermatology and the Journal of Cutaneous Pathology.
Dr Ramam's clinical and research interests include granulomatous disorders, pigmentary disorders and drug reactions.
Richard Stacey MB ChB MRCGP MFFLM MA Medical Ethics and Law - Medicolegal Adviser MPS
Dr Stacey has been a full time Medicolegal Adviser at MPS since 2003, prior to which he was a GP Principal and GP Trainer in North Leeds. In his role, Dr Stacey has had experience of assisting pathologists in relation to complaints, claims, Inquests, GMC and Trust disciplinary procedures.
Dr Stacey is the Editor-in-Chief of two MPS Journals and has published articles relating to assorted medicolegal matters in both MPS and external publications.
Dr Stacey has twice finished in the top 20 in the London Triathlon and has an interest in the ethical and legal issues that surround the use of performance-enhancing drugs in sport.

Dr Sean Whittaker is a Consultant Dermatologist and Clinical Director of Genetics, Rheumatology, Infection & Allergy at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital. He is a Professor of Cutaneous Oncology and Lead for Skin Cancer in the Division of Genetics and Molecular Medicine, Kings College London. He is also Joint CAG Lead for GRIID, Kings Health Partners.
Dr Whittaker's research interests include molecular genetics of primary cutaneous lymphomas and the development of biomolecular markers for cutaneous lymphoma.
Dr Whittaker qualified at the University of Manchester in 1981 and undertook his dermatologial training at St. John’s Institute of Dermatology
His doctoral thesis was obtained at the University of London after a research fellowship in the Department of Molecular Genetics, Royal Postgraduate Medical School. His has worked as Consultant Dermatologist at the Royal Free Hospital 1993-2000 and Head of Clinical Dermatology Services 2002-2005.
Dr Whittaker's other official responsibilities include the role of UK Representative for the International Society for Cutaneous Lymphomas from 2004 to the present. He has acted as secretary for EORTC Cutaneous Lymphoma Task Force from (1999-2005), and chairman EORTC Cutaneous Lymphoma Task Force (2005-2010). He was also a senior author of the UK and European Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma Management Guidelines and Principal Investigator for Phase I - III clinical trials in primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.
Dr Whittaker's research interests include molecular genetics of primary cutaneous lymphomas and the development of biomolecular markers for cutaneous lymphoma.

Associate Professor and Dermatopathology Fellowship Program Director, UCSF Dermatopathology Service, University of California, San Francisco
Dr Ruben graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine, completed her medical and surgical internship at California Pacific Medical Center, and then Dermatology Residency at UC Davis. She undertook her Dermatopathology Fellowship training at UC San Francisco, from 1996-97.
Dr Ruben practiced both medical and surgical dermatology and dermatopathology at UC Davis until 2001. She also served as Dermatology residency program director. After a foray into private-practice dermatopathology she returned to the Dermatopathology Service at UCSF faculty in 2004.
As a dermatology-trained dermatopathologist, Dr Ruben particularly enjoys integrating clinical clues and histologic findings in an effort to reach the most effective diagnosis, especially in complex medical and hospitalized patients. She enjoys interacting with clinicians, often viewing clinical photographs to provide the highest level of diagnostic acumen. She also has a special interest in pathology of the nail unit. She is a founding member of the International Melanonychia Study group, formed to refine clinical and pathologic diagnostic criteria in these neoplasms.
In addition to her diagnostic duties, Dr Ruben is very involved in the dermatopathology curriculum and she greatly enjoys teaching and mentoring dermatology, pathology and dermatopathology trainees. She was awarded “Teacher of the Year” in 2006 by the Department of Dermatology.

Dr. Bamford is a Consultant Dermatopathologist at University Hospitals of Leicester. He is lead organiser of the National Specialist Dermatopathology External Quality Assurance scheme for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. He also serves on the British Society for Dermatopathology. He has a busy NHS dermatopathology clinical practice and particularly enjoys academic teaching and clinical contact. His research interests include the molecular biology and histological diagnosis of Spitz naevi and variants, on which he publishes. Dr. Bamford qualified from Bristol in 1995, having won an undergraduate scholarship. He attained the FRCPath in 2005 and the DipRCPath (Dermpath) in 2009.

Professor Giovanni Borroni is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dermatology of the University of Pavia, IRCCS Ospedale Policlinico San Matteo, in Pavia, Italy. He completed his dermatology residency training in Dermatololgy and Venereal Disease in Pavia, and underwent a Fellowship in Dermatopathology at the New York University School of Medicine with A. Bernard Ackerman.
Professor Borroni is Vice-President of the International Society of Dermatology and former President of the Northwestern Section of the Italian Society of Dermatology. In addition, he is Director of the Residency School of Dermatology at the University of Pavia.
Professor Borroni is Associate Editor of Dermatopathology: Practical and Conceptual, and also serves on the Editorial Boards of The American Journal of Dermatopathology, and of Actas de Dermatologia y Dermatopatologia.
Professor Borroni has authored and co-authored more than 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals, in addition to contributing chapters and jointly-authored articles in various textbooks of dermatology and dermatopathology.

Dr Dadzie is a Consultant Dermatologist based at the Centre for Clinical Science and Technology, University College London Division of Medicine (Whittington Campus). Dr. Dadzie’s principle interests include ethnic dermatology and dermatopathology, histopathologic evaluation of soft tissue fillers and the use of molecular techniques in dermatopathology. She has published in peer-reviewed journals, as well as co-authored book chapters in her specialist areas.

Dr Galan graduated from Kishinev State Medical Institute, Moldova followed by a residency position at the institute. She then undertook a residency in Baystate Medical Centre and occupied the position of Chief Resident there in 2005. She has served as a Clinical Fellow and Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University School of Medicine and is currently an Assistant Professor of Dermatology and of Pathology at Yale.

Dr Asha Kubba is a consultant dermatopathologist in private practice, and, since 1988, has been the Director of the Delhi Dermpath Laboratory at Delhi Dermatology Group New Delhi, India. She holds an adjunct faculty position in the Department of Dermatology, Boston University School of Medicine,Boston, Mass., USA.
Dr Kubba is a graduate of Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. She completed her residency in anatomic pathology at the Mount Sinai Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio, and fellowship in dermatopathology at the Boston University School of Medicine, Boston. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology and Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology in Dermatopathology.
Dr Kubba has pioneered the dermatopathology service in India being the first formally trained and certified dermatopathologist and establishing the first dermatopathology laboratory– an academic private practice.
Over the past 23 years Dr Kubba has devoted her energies to teaching and promoting dermatopathology as a specialty through lectures across India with emphasis on postgraduate education. She is actively involved in academic activities of the Dermatopathology Society of India that regularly conducts CME programmes and hands-on training workshops. Dr Kubba also is a coordinator of the Special Interest Group established by the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists & Leprologists (IADVL) to promote Dermatopathology as an integral and essential part of Dermatology curricula and practice.

Dr. Martin is a Consultant in the Department of Dermatopathology, at the St. John's Institute of Dermatology, London, UK.
She studied Medicine in the University of Valencia (Spain) and University of Rennes (France) and graduated with an end of degree Extraordinary prize in 2003. Following this she completed her Dermatology training in the Hospital General Universitario in Valencia. In 2008 she moved to London and started a 27 month fellowship in Dermatopathology at the St John’s institute of dermatology. In 2010 she obtained the International Diploma in Dermatopathology. On completion of her fellowship she visited the Division of Dermatopathology of the University of San Francisco, California for 4 months. In January 2011 she was appointed as a Consultant at the St John’s institute of Dermatology.
